G-Whiz Kids can formally evaluate your child for handwriting and fine motor issues through The Print Tool, a proprietary product offered by Handwriting Without Tears®. The evaluation includes assessment, scoring, creation of remediation plan, and parent follow-up session. We can also assess a child’s other academic concerns through informal evaluations and observations. Interim evaluations are performed at the mid-point of each client's session plan.

Private Tutoring 

Focus can be on one particular subject area, like handwriting, reading or math, or several subjects in each session. Sessions held at G-Whiz Kids office. Depending on the age and subject areas covered during each session, the time allotted for individual sessions typically ranges from 30 to 60 minutes. Parents are provided with weekly progress reports and students receive weekly at-home activities. 

30 minutes - $35   
45 minutes - $50
60 minutes - $60


Group Tutoring

Small group sessions for children of similar age and/or developmental abilities. Same focus as private tutoring. Sessions held at G-Whiz Kids office. Depending on age and subject areas covered during each session, the time allotted for small group sessions is typically 60+ minutes. Parents are provided with weekly progress reports and students receive weekly at-home activities. 

60 minutes for 2 children - $40/child
60 minutes for 3 children - $30/child

Workshops

Training sessions for teachers, parent organizations and other interested groups. Topics include Handwriting Without Tears, fine motor development, teaching diverse learners, and other topics. G-Whiz Kids can also create custom workshops as requested.
